Magnum Force 6400 (Chipper) The 2009 CBI Magnum Force 6400 is capable of whole tree chipping and bio mass chipping/grinding.  Our machine is able to produce up to 200 tons per hour.  The machine is equipped with four field swappable rotors.  This gives us the flexibility to process an exceptionally wide variety of material and generate the product that our clients demand.  We can go from making high quality mulch from trees and stumps, to chipping stemwood into chips in custom sizes ranging from 2-30 mm, to grinding highly contaminated C & D or railroad ties with the tie plates attached just by swapping rotors and screens.  The machine meets all 50 states emission requirements.  It turns debris into renewable energy “GO GREEN”.  Our service is:  land clearing, orchard removal, whole tree chipping/grinding, demolition and construction debris and natural disaster clean up.   Custom-Blended Fertilizers In a suburban landscape with many other plants, it can be hard for a tree to get proper nutrients. We analyze the nutrient content of your soil, and blend a customized fertilizer to help your trees be as healthy as possible. Tree Disease Treatment Many trees are susceptible to a variety of diseases, such as Dutch Elm’s disease and Sycamore Anthracnose. We can take some preventative measures to help protect your trees for years. Cabling and Bracing Certain trees may lose their structural integrity, due to pests, disease, or just weather.
